Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy for 366 Infinity Education Academy Private Limited (herein referred as "Company", "366IEA", "we", "our", or "us").

1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Question banks and answer banks

Test series along with answers
Assignments
Audio and video recordings

Logos
Website content
Mobile application content
Course structures
Educational methodologies
Software and source code

(collectively referred to as the "Content") are the exclusive property of 366IEA or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and related laws.

2. LIMITED LICENSE

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased Content solely for their personal educational use.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

3. PROHIBITED USES

Without prior written permission from 366IEA, users shall not:

Record classes;
Download protected videos;
Copy, download or replicate any part of the website
Reproduce study materials;
Upload Content to YouTube or social media;
Share Content on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or similar platforms;

Any such activity shall constitute copyright infringement.

4. ANTI-PIRACY POLICY

366IEA actively monitors unauthorized use (as defined in paragraph 3 above) of its Content.

The Company reserves the right to:

Suspend and block user accounts;
Terminate subscriptions;
Block access;
Issue cease-and-desist notices;
Seek civil damages;
Initiate criminal proceedings where permitted by law.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users retain ownership of content submitted by them.

However, by uploading content to the Platform, users grant 366IEA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such content for educational and operational purposes. The user cannot claim any monetary fee or benefit from this.

6. TRADEMARKS

"366IEA", associated logos, slogans, graphics, course names, and branding elements etc; are proprietary trademarks of the Company.

No trademark may be used without prior written authorization.
