The User warrants that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA CONSENT
Where a User voluntarily submits:

- Success stories
- Academic achievements
- Photographs
- Videos
- Audio recordings
The Company may use such materials for educational, promotional, advertising, branding, and awareness purposes across digital and print media and the same shall be treated as the property of the company.
Users acknowledge that no compensation shall be payable for such usage in any condition.
9. LIVE CLASSES AND RECORDED SESSIONS
The Company may record live classes, webinars, workshops, mentoring sessions, or other educational interactions.
By participating in such sessions, Users consent to such recording and use for educational, operational, quality control, security, and training purposes.
10. COMMUNICATIONS
Users consent to receive communications from the Company through:

- In-app messages
These communications may include service notifications, course updates, reminders, promotional offers, and educational announcements.
Users may opt out of promotional communications where applicable.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Mumbai, India.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
